Best quality/affordable knife set I've come across
I purchased this knife as a gift for my dad for his recent birthday. While he's a good home cook, it's been years since he had a new chef's knife and he needed something like this. I have personally bought and used two Dalstrong knife's myself - both of which are still in my kitchen. I have a super long 14-16 inch butcher's knife from this same "gladiator" series and have had it for 4 or 5 years now. Still sharp, still effective. The first good knife I've owned
I'm not a knife expert by any stretch... Every knife I've owned before this is just a cheap kitchen knife I found at a random store for like $30-$50. Those knives weren't very sharp to begin with but quickly dulled to being pretty dangerous to even use.
