Love this knife
Excellent quality. Looks great and has held up for 2 years. Exceptionally sharp right out of the box. Well-balanced. Comfortable grip. I can chop almost like a professional. Fairly expensive, but it truly is a case of getting what you pay for.

Wusthof knifes are top end and worth the money.
Wusthof is a forever knife. Yes they are expensive and worth it. My wife and I have had a Wusthof kitchen knife set up for many years and use them daily. We seem to use the 7" Santoku the most. Purchased this Santoku for myself. Now we have two. Much easier when we prep meals together. They are very sharp have a nice balance and gripe. Keep them sharp, hand wash & dry. They come with a lifetime warranty. (If you were to have a issue)

Wusthof are the best knives!
This has became my wife's favorite knife! It feels good in your hand and it's super sharp! The size is really good for prep work. It's a little more pricey than others, but there's no doubt it will last a lifetime. We have several other Wusthof knives and they are very durable and look really nice. they are super sharp and sharpen easily. It's the only knives we buy anymore.
